Return Process And Time Frame
Please follow our return process carefully to minimize delays:

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours (except on rest days) and provide you with our return address.
3. Please follow the instructions of our customer service staff to return the item, and send us a return certificate in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. After receiving the returned merchandise, we will send it to you via email and arrange an exchange or refund within 3 days.
Please let our after-sales team process your request within 3-6 working days. After that, please note the following refund times:
For credit card refunds, please complete the transaction within 7-14 working days.
For PayPal refunds, please wait up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
Return shipping fee and address

1. All transportation costs are borne by the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend that you use the cheapest airmail registration method available.
