After you have successfully paid for the order, you will receive our email confirmation. Our customer service staff will also contact you via Whatsapp or Instagram, so we hope you can leave a way to contact you in the order notes. If you have any requirements for the order, please notify us as soon as possible before the goods enter the processing stage.

Note: For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

QC question

We will carry out strict quality control on your items and ensure they are properly packaged before being prepared for shipping. If you need a QC map, we will provide this service for free, but this may delay our delivery time!

Eastbay Kicks is pleased to announce that most orders can now be shipped within 48 hours of order payment (except on rest days). Please note that depending on the inventory situation, a small order may still take 3-5 working days.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time. If you have any questions about the order, you can ask our customer service staff for further help.
